1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Social Edge AU website (socialedgeau.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.

2. About Us

Social Edge AU (ABN 63 814 527 396) is a social media marketing agency based at Level 5, 200 Adelaide Street, Brisbane, QLD 4000, Australia.

3. Services

We provide social media marketing services including strategy development, content production, paid media management, influencer marketing, reputation management, and performance analytics. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements with each client.

4. Client Obligations

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as requested
• Grant necessary access to social media accounts and advertising platforms
• Review and approve content within agreed timeframes
• Pay all fees as outlined in your service agreement
• Comply with applicable social media platform terms of service

5. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are net 14 days from invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

6. Intellectual Property

Content created by Social Edge AU on behalf of a client becomes the property of the client upon full payment. Our proprietary strategies, processes, and tools remain the intellectual property of Social Edge AU.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues for 24 months after the termination of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Social Edge AU provides marketing services in good faith and to the best of our professional ability. We do not guarantee specific results such as follower counts, engagement rates, or revenue figures, as outcomes are influenced by factors beyond our control including platform algorithm changes and market conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any material from this website without permission

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
